Hi Todd. I’m sorry that things are so hard at the moment for you. It is hard to do stuff when you are suffering from depression. Journalling is good as there is no pressure to it. No one else has to see it and you can get your doubts and fears out everyday. Sometimes that frees you up a bit to then get on and do a little bit of your project.
