Hi Heather. I hear you. I used to be a technical writer. There is definitely an art to it. Just because someone is good technically like a programmer or engineer it doesn’t mean that they can explain things in a way that the user needs to understand. An the irony is that they don’t like being forced to do the writing bit!

I hope that you find sufficient clients who appreciate your work. I wonder if you can flip your frustrations into a marketing message of what to avoid — and how you can solve these problems.
