Hi David. You’ve made a really good start by asking for 1 day off a week. If you could afford to have two days then consider it but don’t put yourself in financial peril. Just do what you can with what you have.

I know what you mean about having a full time job. I am sometimes envious of people who don’t have the urge to do anything else with their life. If you are creative then you just have to do it. I do my job 3 days a week and it works really well. I think I would really struggle now if I had to work full time.
